Today we have received the pre-plaster inspection result, there're still 20 defects, in which 9 of them being legacies of frame inspection, 11 new finds. Not sure how they can be re-inspected before covering plaster, looks like the plaster will be going up very soon…Nonetheless, we’re quite happy with the progress of the build, credit to our SS.

Today we confirmed with our SS for the pre-plaster inspection date, all the defects discovered in frame inspection will be revisited, fingers crossed.

Today we received our first inspection result, to our surprise, we got 17 defects. However considering we did the frame inspection slightly before frame completion, all the defects shall be revisited in the pre-plaster inspection.

While we were away on holidays, received a call from our assigned site supervisor Dean. Feels like Dean is very professional with the job and he is quite good at progressing the build quickly.

Nov. 6 2012 Demolition Completed

Demolisher: Vic Wide Demolition
Duration：6 weeks

The machine was onsite for 2 weeks but could not get the job moving due to demolition certificate delay.
